Our fork lifts are equipped with computerised scales. Every pallet of equipment loaded or unloaded in Concept's yard has its weight recorded and printed out in hard copy. When the manual count is entered into the iRent database, a second weight is generated and printed on the return or delivery docket, which in turn is compared with the forklift print out. All scaffold returns are captured on video and stored on computer to verify truck loads. No other scaffold company in Australia goes to this length to ensure the accuracy of its records.
