Concept is not only a scaffold company but also a complete service
organisation. Our business is to provide contractors and sub-contractors alike,
with the widest range of services to ensure that their jobs run smoothly, and
that scaffold and other access equipment do not present a problem. Concept aims
to provide the highest level of Customer Service and strives to give its best
at all times. This includes:
Technical
Services
We believe Concept's Technical Services are
second to none. The Technical Services' personnel have acquired their scaffold
knowledge through many years in the scaffold industry which, combined with
their engineering skills, gives our Company a formidable technical team Our
fully equipped Technical Services Department will provide you with
comprehensive designs and drawings for your access requirements, including
computations and engineering data when necessary. Our iScaf CAD (Computer Aided
Design) system is the most advanced automated scaffolding software system in
the world. It will produce a scaffold drawing and schedule of quantities in a
fraction of the time taken by manual methods. As a result our Technical
Services Department is able to quickly respond to Customers requirements. Concept's Engineers ensure that all scaffold designs comply with
the Occupational Health & Safety regulations and AS/NZS 4576. This
helps the Customer to provide a safe working environment for its employees and
sub contractors.
Administration
Concept has also developed and introduced the
world's most advanced scaffold stock control software
system. iRent enables Concept to provide its Customers
with the most up to date, simple and effective administration system. The
system is user friendly and produces clear and concise invoices and site
balances including over returns), as well as a comprehensive range of reports,
which itemise all transactions, deliveries and returns.
In order to ensure that our customer's equipment is tracked in a professional
and accurate manner, Concept has added an image capture feature into its
tracking software. As each delivery is returned from site a photograph of the
load is taken from four different angles. By referring to these images we are
able to identify any discrepancies between what has been counted and what has
been weighed and photographed. On numerous occasions this has helped us to
cement customer loyalty through an attitude of accountability and transparency.
Site Liaison
Concept has appointed Technical
Representatives. Their job is to communicate with the Customer, on-site
personnel, and engineers, to ensure the smooth running of the project, to
recommend any cost savings, and to see that damages and losses are kept to a
minimum.
Experienced Representation
The Concept sales team is made up of properly trained and
technically informed Account Executives with many years of scaffold and access
experience. Regular training and development ensures that they are fully aware
of the latest building techniques and regulations, so that in turn, our
Customers are given the best possible technical advice.
Transport
Concept employs its own trucks and operators in order to
ensure a fast, economical and reliable transport service to and from sites, so
that deliveries are there when required and equipment is removed from the site
at short notice. Concept was the first scaffold company to use rear mounted forklifts.
These units are capable of operating in the worst site conditions and can even
carry scaffold up steps. The introduction of this new technology allows Concept
to deliver scaffold on time in the area required; this often saves labour costs
due to reduced carrying time.
